On Sunday, 22nd of September, rest and restore to an uplifting and jubilant crystal quartz singing bowl sound bath with koshi chimes. We'll begin with some meditation and connect to gentle breath throughout. Release all the winter heaviness and connect with the abundance that lives inside.

You’ll be sure to be glowing and floating on out of this one and you’ll feel more uplifted.
