Join the ACA NSW/ACT on Friday 13 September for another informative Business of Small Practice (BoSP) event. Hosted by the Stanley Street Gallery in Darlinghurst, the event will feature BoSP founder and Whispering Smith Director Kate Fitzgerald.Kate is Vice-President of the ACA WA and champion of recent medium density advocacy in that state. She is also co-host of the In-Detail podcast. Whispering Smith blends traditional practice with development and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Kate will also share her extensive knowledge of Australian property markets and how these interact with the economy, population growths and housing supply to reveal potential development opportunities. This on-the-ground experience means she can support her advocacy work with built evidence.
