Launch of The Guide for Addressing Ageism in the Workplace
About
We all deserve to be part of a society that respects, values and celebrates everyone at every age.Whilst our workplaces recognise the injustices of racism and sexism, ageism often flies under the radar.
Often many people fail to recognise the negative impact it can have on people.
The more we speak up when we hear ageist comments, the more our co-workers will recognise it as a problem and question their language.
On Ageism Awareness Day, Wednesday 9th October from 12.00 - 12.45pm, we are launching The Guide for Addressing Ageism in the Workplace - a conversation guide to equip you with some responses you can use when encountering ageism in the workplace.
Register here to join us for the online launch on Microsoft Teams.
