Entrée

• Butternut pumpkin and goat cheese ravioli served with pesto cream sauce, crispy basil, basil oil, and shaved Parmesan.
• Slow-cooked pork belly with orange segments, snow pea, apple gel, and mustard jus.

Main

• Braised beef cheek with creamy mash, broccolini, honey-glazed carrot, finished with red wine jus.
• Grilled barramundi fillet served with mash, asparagus, honey-glazed carrots, and finished with mango beurre blanc sauce.

Dessert

• Lemon meringue served with mango and seasonal berries.
• Dark and white chocolate mousse cake served with berry compote.

• All shows include a booking fee of 2.5% and a ticket fee of .50c per ticket
• All our events are strictly for audiences aged 16 and above. Minors aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be required at the entrance.
• If you are not a current member and live within a 5km radius, you will need to become a member ($5 for one year/$20 for five years) or be signed in by a member to gain entry to the Club.
