Trybooking accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay (0.5% surcharge applies for PayPal payments).  

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received prior to 1 March 2025 will be refunded minus a $30 administration fee per guest.
• Cancellations received on and after 1 March 2025 will not be refunded.
• Substitute attendees may be nominated at any time up to 7 days before, however, it is the individual’s responsibility to find the substitute and advise Freemasons Victoria of substitute guest's names and details (subject to suitability).
