Terms and Conditions of Trials

• Nominations are now being taken for Senior Representative Teams for 2025.
• 15 Years - players born 2010.
• 16 Years - players born 2009.
• 18 Years - players born 2007 to 2008.
• Nominations are due by 5.00pm Wednesday 6th November 2024 (U15s & U16s) and 5.00pm Monday 27th January 2025 (U18s)
• Nomination Fee is $48.00 per player (U15s &U16s) & $20.00 per player (U18s) - this is non-refundable.
• Trial Information:
  • No representative clothing to be worn at trials.
  • White top/singlet and black bike pants only to be worn.
  • Players must attend all trials.
  • Trials are closed, parents are not able to watch.
  • Players MUST submit in writing a valid reason as determined by the Executive for non-attendance at any trial prior to the trial date.
  • To be eligible to Represent SCNA in 2025 representative players must be Registered with one of our SCNA's 13 affiliated clubs by the 31st of January 2025.

• The Senior State Age event will be in Ipswich and will require players to stay with their teams in accommodation. Expected fees are to be between $1,800.00 and $2,000.00
• Upon being named in a squad/team, a $200.00 confirmation deposit must be paid – this will be deducted from your season invoice.
• Players withdrawing after squad/team announcement without a valid reason as determined by the Executive will be ineligible to trial for a period of 18 months.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions will see the player ineligible to trial.

Playing in a SCNA Representative Team means the player is representing our Association. The player MUST be playing in a SCNA competition in order to be eligible to play in a Representative Team. Please read the above document linked prior to completing your nomination as it contains very important information about our Representative Program. You and your player/s must be aware that these commitments will be expected to be met should your player/s be selected in a SCNA Representative Team.
