‘Healthy relationships over Christmas’ is a 2 hour workshop to give you some tips for not only surviving but enjoying social interactions over Christmas. The workshop will include setting healthy boundaries in relationships and explain how people approach conflict differently. You’ll learn some skills in keeping calm and gracious under pressure.The workshop is being run by Lyndal Rogers from Wide Horizons Counselling. You can lean more at www.widehorizonscounselling.com.au
The workshop is aimed for any adult or youth 15 years or over. The workshop is inclusive towards people of any race, ethnicity, sex or gender.
The cost is $40 full price or $30 concession or student card.
The same workshop is being run in two different locations- Chisholm on 16 November, and Queanbeyan on 23 November.
