Oct Tumbling Master Class - Intermediate & Advanced
Specialist training adapted from KSTP programs with a focus on technique, execution and performance.
KSTP is Australia's leading school in the gymnastics discipline of tumbling. These unique holiday intensives are designed for dancers, cheerleaders, acrobats and gymnasts to learn and improve upon the tumbling skills needed for their routines.
This Masterclass will see participants split into two ability groups following a warmup and basic skills assessment.
Intermediate is for participants who are learning their back handsprings and back tucks. They'll will learn how better to perform these skills, while improving their strength and confidence.
Advanced participants can confidently perform a range of different skills independently. They should be looking to perfect their skills while learning new combinations.
Our purpose-built facility, specialised equipment and qualified coaches will give you all the inside tips on tricks on how to improve technique and execution.
