Introducing Yakult Australia’s September School Holiday Program - Microscopic Marvels: A Journey into the World of Good Bacteria!Targeted at primary-aged children, the 2-hour school holiday program begins with a full factory tour - discovering the different elements of how Yakult is made. In our education room, we learn about the benefits of bacteria, looking through a microscope and bacteria counting! We explore the role of bacteria in the digestive system, and how food can encourage good bacteria growth within our digestive system. We will also explore the journey of Yakult through our Yakult Man cartoon while enjoying a bottle of Yakult. We finish off the session with a craft activity, repurposing empty Yakult bottles showing how good things grow with the right conditions!
If Yakult Man isn’t off fighting bad bacteria, he may pop in for the sessions in the morning.
The minimum age to attend is 2 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
