Qigong is a gentle way of exercising the whole body – and in calming and relaxing our body and mind. Master Simon Blow instructs and demonstrates the exercises, and we copy him from the big screen. The exercises include movements for stretching and balancing, all aid muscle tone and joint mobility. The 50-minute routine together with relaxing background music, is part of the Chinese healing arts, promoting physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing.Location
