Workshop 2: Fundamentals of Project Management in Research projects

Researchers often manage complex research projects with little or no project management training.
This workshop will discuss basic project management techniques that can be applied to all types of research projects and provide expert tips to set you up for project success.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss current or future planned projects, and any risks, issues and barriers arising within them.
The format will be a formal presentation, interspersed with group work.
