About
An informative walk and talk around the Heyfield Wetlands to learn more about this much-loved community space. Join experts in the field as they take you on a journey of discovery, highlighting Indigenous wetlands plantings and seeking out the birds that make the Wetlands their seasonal home. End the walk with a BBQ lunch, catered for by the Heyfield Lions Club.Meet at the Wetlands Information Centre. Wear sturdy footwear and dress to suit the weather on the day as this will be an outdoor activity. Bird-watchers to bring their own binoculars.
This activity is an initiative of the Future of Heyfield Tourism Innovation Working Group. All proceeds are donated to the Heyfield Wetlands.
