Coast Archers is hosting an introduction to the sport of archery for aspiring members. The Beginners Course will run weekly on Saturday afternoon over three consecutive weeks, from 12 noon to around 3pm.
You will be taught the basics of archery using a recurve bow. Participants may also be given the opportunity to shoot a compound bow or a longbow. All equipment is supplied. At the end of the course, you will have the option of joining the archery club.
Please ensure you wear covered in shoes and a hat.
Minimum age is 10. Children less than 10 years of age may be considered, but will need to book to undergo an assessment on a Saturday at least 1 week prior to the Beginners Course. Children need to be physically capable of using the equipment and able to follow instruction.
