Our last Beginner's Blacksmithing Workshops for 2024. No experience needed - these 1-Day Workshops are designed for the complete novice! Choose between 4 dates: 28th September, 29th September, 19th October or 20th October.Learn the basics of Blacksmithing with these fun, hands-on Blacksmithing Workshops for Beginners with qualified Blacksmith, Mick Henricks.
You’ll make a Fireplace Set to take home with you – including a Fire Poker, Rake & Shovel (not to mention your flash new skills as a Smithy!).
Only 4 participants per workshop, all materials supplied, and you'll have your own Forge, Anvil and Tools to operate on the day. Morning Tea & Lunch also provided.
Please wear appropriate workshop clothing including closed in boots (or steel capped), long sleeved shirt and pants (pure cotton preferred). Please bring your own water bottle.
These workshops are recommended for ages 16 years and over (if your child is younger than 16 and is keen to have a go, please let us know).
