Proagtive have been assisting farm family businesses owners since 2004 to successfully work through the process of succession planning.
The Proagtive workshop addresses key things to think about in the succession planning process:
- Business and Personal Goals
- Family Communication
- Business structure, roles and policies
- Business purpose and financials
- Family and inter-generational dynamics.
Participants will leave with a practical pathway forward to begin or continue their succession planning process.
