About
Tin Roof was originally formed in 1986 and performed in and around the Perth area, including regular gigs at the Jazz Club of WA until 1994 when it was disbanded due to several members relocating overseas. It was reformed in 2019 with two of the original members, two who had played often with the band and two new members. We play traditional jazz with an open, energetic style. We enjoy making our music and hope the listeners enjoy it too. We play regularly at the Jazz Club of WA and are looking forward to playing at Jazz Fremantle. The band comprises: Vivienne Kidd piano, Benn Hodgkin trumpet, Mike Wiese reeds, Steve Martin trombone, Dijon Summers bass, Tim Woolley drums.Location
