PAPRIKA, a group comprised of young lost souls, interrogates what it means to be overcome by feelings of love and uncertainty. The group came together in mid-2021 in the northern suburbs of Naarm, and they quickly found their shared passion for the nostalgic rhythms of city pop, funk, and melancholic hints of soul. As the city pop revival continues to simmer within the cultural zeitgeist, it is only a matter of time before a band like PAPRIKA explores the genre to its fullest potential.
