SOLD OUT!It all started in 1924 in a Bundanoon that had around 520 people and no mains electricity. Silent movies were screened using carbon arc projectors and a portable generator at Tylers Hall adjacent to the Hotel.
In 2024 The Rex Cinema is celebrating our centenary year of cinema in Bundanoon. Doors open at 5.30pm for fun and photo's. Our feature film Strictly Ballroom starts at 6.30pm followed by the fabulous Monica Trapaga and The Crawfish Po Band, for an evening of music and dancing.
The format is tables and chairs.
Patrons are welcome to bring their own spread of nibbles and dinner and BYO drinks.
