That is why this Mental Health Awareness Month, we are offering FREE programs every Thursday for the whole month.Retired AFL player and mental health advocate Justin Koschitzke will speak on the struggles he faced throughout his career. Justin is committed to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide, fostering a supportive dialogue, and equipping people with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate their mental health journeys and life transitions.
