What to bring: A clipboard, pen and drink
Participants will firstly be given their own Popin Cookin Japanese Sushi Candy Set which we will work our way through making (and then eating).
Using Chemistry Gastronomy techniques we will complete some food spherification.
We will then use FIRE to make and explore a range of food and confectionary.
