The session will cover:

Preparing your body for manual work
o this includes training on a dynamic warm up
• Identifying manual task hazards
o Excessive force, repetition, awkward postures
• Simple mindsets to reduce the risk of manual handling injuries
o Think clear, think capacity, think close
