The Metro North Health and Brisbane North PHN GP Liaison Officer Program invite GPs to join us for a Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Workshop. This interactive workshop will feature presentations, case studies and interactive skills stations facilitated by local specialists and a multidisciplinary team.For GPs located in Brisbane this workshop is being offered as a full day face to face event at Clinical Skills Development Service, Level 5, Block 6, RBWH and you will be awarded 3.0 EA and 3.0 RP RACGP CPD points for participating in the full day event.
Topics will include:
A diagnostic approach to skin lesions
Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer identification & management of surgically significant lesions
MDT management of complex patients
MDT panel
Biopsy considerations & suturing challenges
Wound management & after care in primary care
Medical and radiation oncology cases
Melanoma & immunotherapy update
