Would you like to be one of the many students working in hospitality? Welcome to the St Michael’s certificate in Responsible Serving of Alcohol.The RSA for Schools specialise in providing quality onsite training for secondary schools, in age appropriate, familiar, and supervised environments that build confidence in emerging adults. During this course you will learn about the benefits of Responsible Service of Alcohol strategies in preventing intoxication. You will gain hands on experience with pouring, along with insights into advertising & promotional standards and the best and worst ways to refuse service of alcohol or ask for secondary supply of I.D.
Lunch is provided.
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
o Laptop or Tablet, notepad, pen
