Overnight paddock-style camping is included in your ticket.
The campground opens at 12noon 31st December and closes 24hours later, 12noon 1st January.
Due to the insurance requirements at this private venue, there is no entry to the campground outside these times.
You can set up your caravan, camper, tent or swag in the paddock. Toilets are provided and serviced throughout the event by the team at Total Toilets.
There are no showers, no power and no water available, so please come prepared for your overnight stay.
The campground is an open paddock with no shade, so be prepared for the summer heat.
Your campsite is allocated in rows as you arrive. If you want to camp next to your friends you will need to arrive together. No spaces will be saved for late arrivals. We suggest you gather your convoy prior to arrival at Mogumber.
You cannot camp in the townsite of Mogumber on the night of the event. Due to safety concerns over the Moore River Bridge, attendees cannot walk from the townsite to the event. Attendees arriving on foot will be declined entry to the event. All camping will occur only at the Mogumber Arena event site.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The Campground is patrolled by security. They will be monitoring your behaviour. Security will allow you to have a couple of responsible drinks at your campsite, but start to misbehave or disturb other campers and security will confiscate that privilege. You will be entering a licensed venue to watch the Rodeo and see the Morgan Wallen & Luke Combs Tribute Band, so intoxicated patrons will not be allowed entry. We will not tolerate disrespect or aggression - that is not the country way. No Glass is allowed onsite and any sign of glass will be confiscated immediately. Due to safety concerns, whip cracking is not allowed. Security will remove you or the whip from the venue, so don't ruin your night. Save the whips for your nice open spaces at home.
