In collaboration between the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Monash University, we invite you to a guest lecture with Dr. Christine Suniti Bhat, the 73rd President of the American Counseling Association. This free event, open to ACA counsellors and students, will take place at the Monash Clayton Campus and online. Register for online: tinyurl.com/2ujtznbzDr. Bhat, a globally respected figure in the counselling profession, is not only a distinguished professor at Ohio University but also holds a deep personal connection to Melbourne, where she previously worked as a psychologist and counsellor. She is an alumna of Monash University, having earned her master’s degree in Organisational Psychology.
Her presentation will focus on Psychological Capital, a powerful framework developed by Luthans (2002) that centers on four key psychological assets, known as HERO: Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism.
