Work on everything shooting and take your game to the next level! With a reformatted structure to our academy, we are focussing on all things shooting! From game scenarios to form and mass repetition.Skills we will cover:
- Shooting Technique
- Catch & Shoot
- Scoring with Pick & Rolls
- Moving Off Ball
- Creating Space
- Shooting Under Pressure
All sessions are designed for Rep players and/or A-Grade players, with some basic understanding of basketball already established.
All sessions will be run by Coach Jesse with assistance from Locked In Coaches.
Academy will run alongside school term starting from the 2nd week of term.
Term 4 Academy will run for 9-weeks concluding between the 9th & 14th Dec.
Groups will be no larger then 8 players, with 2 coaches present each session for maximum coaching benefit.
