Join us on our beautiful cocktail deck for the first of our long table events - Seafood Spectacular! Sit back and let us serve you this beautiful meals inclusive of drinks whilst overlooking the sparkling Shellharbour Marina.Includes:
3 course fresh seafood share style lunch table lunch including an array of fresh hot and cold seafood along our cocktail deck.
3 hour beverage package including sparkling, wine, beers and soft drinks

Amuse Bouche
Sydney rock oyster with champagne jelly, caviar
Course 1
Sashimi tasting plate served with assorted dressings
Course 2
Panache of seafood, grilled snapper, seared scallops, BBQ squid, king prawns, mussels served with cauliflower veloute, basil oil
Course 3
Whole roasted barramundi, little neck clam butter sauce, served a selection of sides.
Course 4
Lemon and lime sorbet with yuzu sauce
