Prep End of Year Celebration - Pizza Party!

Thursday 19th of December. 11:30am - 1:30pm at Ivanhoe Park.End of Year Prep Celebration: Children will receive two slices of Domino’s pizza - Hawaiian, Margherita or Ham & Cheese, as well as also receiving a Coles fruit juice box and a Zooper Dooper icypole. Please note, TryBooking is the permission form and the Google Form is the indication of pizza flavour preference. There is an option for students to bring their own lunch and have an icypole and juice box only - the cost of the event remains at $5.50.
By paying you are consenting to having read the ingredient information attached and are aware of the ingredients of the pizza you have ordered. You are also consenting to the Dominos Allergen advice below and are aware that we cannot guarantee 100% allergy free pizzas. If you are unhappy with this; you are more than welcome to provide you own pizza/party food for your child on the day - this must be communicated with your child's classroom teacher.
