About

This training session facilitated by Courage to Care Victoria, will involve small group activities and collaborative workshopping using case studies drawn from relevant experiences.
Participants will:
• Understand the value of upstander behaviour and the
obstacles to action.
• Develop practical, effective, and safe strategies for upstander
responses.
• Gain insight into how unacceptable behaviours are
normalised.
• Consider an upstander support framework to support
positive culture change in the workplace
