Fleur Schell Community Workshop (SOLD OUT)

WHAT: On Tuesday 22 and Thursday 24 October, the St Mark's Visual Arts Department will be hosting a free community art workshop with our P&F sponsored ‘Artist in Residence’; Fleur Schell! The workshops will run from 5.30pm - 7pm, and consist of Fleur presenting practical deep dive into understanding what happens to porcelain clay while we stretch, fold, compress, and layer slabs of clay to build characters. We will also learn how to incorporate colour into porcelain slabs to build a multitude of different shapes that evolve

This workshop is open to any Primary or Secondary students, parents and members of the St Mark's community. A parent must accompany their child if they are of Primary School age (if in Secondary school can come unaccompanied). The event will occur in the Visual Art rooms inside the Busselton building. Please note we finish at 7pm sharp for picking up students. Get in quick as tickets are limited to 30!
