Glen Eira Leisure is inviting women to come along and get active at our FREE event as part of VicHealth's This Girl Can Week during 10 - 17 November, 2024.We are hosting a FREE afternoon event on Saturday 16 November, in which you will get access to a group fitness class, followed by a talk from guest speaker; Mursal Sadat about her experience as a player for the Afghanistan Women's National Soccer team whilst being under the ruling of the Taliban. Finish off the afternoon with a meditation and sound healing class.
There will also be a series of FREE, come-and-try classes throughout the week.
This Girl Can 2024 aims to encourage, motivate and inspire women to get active in their own way, on their own terms.
