Come and experience Mindfulness Art Group in the Healing and Wellbeing Tent at the 2024 Glenaeon Family Fair!In this session we begin by using an artist practice known as ‘Blind Contour Drawing’ to connect to an aspect of the physical self beyond preconceived ideas of who and what we think we look like. In this way we help break down conditioned thinking so as to create an openness for the second part of the process where we use a combination of visualisation and connection to sensory experience to bring to life in mind and body a goal or aspiration a person would like to create in their life.
The process involves breath, artist practice, connection to the physical self and sensory experience along with visualisation and mindfulness for a complete immersive experience.

Maximum of 12 people per session - please note:
Children only (8-17 yo) session: 12:00 - 12:30pm (30 mins)
Adult only (18+ yo) session: 2:00 - 3:00pm (60 mins)
