The Secret Burden is hosting an exclusive UP SKILL MENTAL HEALTH session in collaboration with Australian Olympic Boxer Harry Garside, Hide N Seek Founder Jaimee Krawitz, 2x Cancer Survivor Hugo Toovey and The Secret Burden Co-Founder Ashlee Thomas at Bondi Pavilion (High Tide Room).The afternoon will entail the screening of TSB's short film accompanied by a QnA with the special guest panel.
The event is designed to provide insight into the challenges of living with adversity and how to overcome difficult times. It is for anyone interested in learning more about supporting their own, others, or their loved one's mental health.
