Purchase your purple T-Shirt to wear on the walk planned for 30 November and to wear every Friday to raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence in our community.
HOW?
The cost of the T-Shirt is $8 and this cost will cover the distribution of the shirts and the cost of purchasing through TryBooking.
Sizes: small, medium, large, extra large and extra, extra large.
If you are an organisation or Rotary club you can do a bulk order and this will assist with handling and the costs etc.
WHY?
In Australia, Domestic and Family Violence is disturbingly common.
It is one of the drivers of homelessness among women, children, and men. Domestic and Family Violence crosses all boundaries, race, age, financial status, education, gender, and the suburb you may live in.
Walking with us and wearing a purple shirt every Friday will help to get the message to our community that we need to stop domestic and family violence!
Many victims of Domestic and Family Violence will never report their experience. With many incidents unreported, Domestic and Family Violence may be much worse than we think.
