Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention
Build key skills in mindfulness based relapse prevention to better support your clients
Mindfulness based relapse prevention integrates traditional relapse prevention with mindfulness meditation practices, supporting clients to better understand their thoughts, emotional reactions, and behavioural patterns. This helps them to more easily become aware of their triggers and respond mindfully rather than automatically.
With this interactive online workshop, you’ll gain the practical skills and knowledge you need to seamlessly introduce mindfulness based relapse prevention into your practice. Boost your understanding and practice so you can easily adapt mindfulness based relapse prevention to suit individual clients' needs.
Unlike most mindfulness based relapse prevention training which is designed for groups, in this workshop you will learn how to introduce mindfulness based relapse prevention into your individual client work.
On average, participants of Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention report a 71% increase in knowledge, 42% increase in skills, and 55% increase in confidence. Satisfaction is rated at 9.4/10 on average and 100% of participants would recommend this workshop to others.
