Native Bee expert, Dr Tobias Smith, is returning to Newcastle to run two native stingless bee workshops. Hear about native bee diversity, lifecycles, and management of stingless bees and enjoy a practical session on the process of hive splitting and propagation.Bookings essential and places limited to Newcastle residents only. Please email sustainability@ncc.nsw.gov.au to be placed on the waitlist if you live outside of Newcastle Local Government Area.
Venue is downstairs of the Hunter Wetlands Centre. Morning and afternoon tea provided.
