Parents and students can book a session to participate in the personalised onboarding process, ensuring devices are properly configured and ready for use. Our team will provide hands-on guidance and support, answering any questions to ensure a smooth transition.

Please note that students must bring a parent or guardian with them to this appointment; without a parent or guardian present, they will not be able to collect their new device.
