Blending classic 80’s aerobics with ironic-iconic dance moves - our mission is to make exercising together fun, accessible and little bit fabulous!
Think laughter over lunges. Endorphins over abdominals. Movement for the sheer joy of it.
80's aerobics dress encouraged... but off the couch and out the door trackies equally celebrated!
We are music now. We are rhythm now. We are Castlemaniacs on the floor.
Join us for this taster block of 4 classes running on Monday evenings at Campbells Creek Community Centre:
11th Nov - 7.15pm - 8.30pm
18th Nov - 7.15pm - 8.30pm
25th Nov - 7.15pm - 8.30pm
2nd Dec - 7.15pm - 8.30pm
*$18/$15 per class (or $60/$50 for four block)
