About
An inclusive yoga workshop with a focus on strengthening back, glute & leg muscles, joints & connective tissue. No previous yoga experience required. Your Yoga teacher, Sammy, will be there to guide & support you during your practice.Bring your yoga mat & a willingness for self-exploration & self-discovery.
Students presenting with medical conditions such as forms of arthritis, blood pressure/heart conditions & glaucoma are required to contact Sammy prior to booking this event. This workshop is not suitable if you are pregnant.
