Christmas Kids Yoga at The Station
About
Join us for a special Christmas themed kids yoga class at the Station on Saturday 14 December.It's been a big and busy year, and this will be the perfect opportunity for kids to relax and unwind before the school year ends and holidays begin. Our kid's yoga class will include fun Christmas themed yoga poses to get in the holiday spirit, plus breathing and mindfulness for relaxation. Kids will learn how movement can impact their bodies in a positive way and build self-esteem through teamwork and games.
Homegrown Markets will be on at The Station on the same day so parents can enjoy the markets while their kids are doing yoga, or explore the markets together as a family after the class!
Suitable for primary school aged children.
