Unsure of how to respond to the new reality of Al in education?
Join us for this face-to-face workshop designed to equip teachers and school leaders with practical strategies for effectively engaging with Al. A systematic, school-wide assessment framework will be introduced to bring consistent language and expectations to the task design process, benefiting students, teachers, and parents alike.This hands-on workshop will also explore the pedagogical possibilities Al can bring to the thinking and learning process. Throughout the day, participants will actively engage with generative Al tools and receive valuable resources to integrate Al into their classroom practice.

ABOUT ADRIAN COTTERELL
Adrian Cotterell spent more than 10 years as a teacher working in both primary and secondary schools. Until recently, he was the Director of Studies (ELC-12) at a large, multi-campus independent school in South Australia. He is now an educational consultant specialising in AI education and assessment.
His postgraduate qualifications include a Master of Clinical Teaching (Research) from the University of Melbourne with a focus on student learning and literacy. He also holds a Graduate Certificate of Education, via the Australian Council of Educational Research (ACER), focused on Assessment Design and Data Analysis.
