Family violence prevention is everyone’s business
We all have a role to play in preventing family violence. Join us for this free webinar, where a panel of experts will explore the impacts of family violence, what you can do to help prevent it, and the supports available.
The webinar will be moderated by Patricia Karvelas, a prominent Australian journalist, television and radio host, podcaster, political journalist, and commentator.
Hear from three insightful speakers on the panel:
- Professor JaneMaree Maher from Centre for Women’s Studies and Gender Research, Sociology, Monash University;
- Julie-Ann, an advocate with lived experience; and
- Trent Larkman, a passionate safety and inclusivity educator.

At registration we invite you to submit a question to the panellists prior the webinar. Please note that we may not respond to all the questions due to the limited time of the event.
