Volunteers

We have over 1,500 Yarra families and friends registered to attend this event! To ensure we can provide the best service possible for everyone, we would love some help in filling spots on the last few stalls – particularly helping to sell Christmas items such as headbands, fudge, gingerbread cookies and more. Pre-Purchased Items

All pre-purchased picnic hampers, rugs and blankets will be available for collection from 5.00pm from the Café window of the Brooke Nicholas Pavilion. They will be labelled by booking name.

Any remaining picnic hampers will be available for purchase from the Café.

Any remaining picnic rugs and hampers will be available for purchase from the Christmas Items stall.

Website

We will update the website www.yvg.vic.edu.au/carols on Monday with the map and the order of service and lyrics for all of the sing-a-longs.

Yarra Foundation Silent Auction

Don’t forget to bid for some fabulous Christmas gifts, experiences or more at www.32auctions.com/YVG2024 . All items will be available for viewing on Monday evening in the Brooke Nicholas Pavilion.  The auction closes at 6.45pm and items can be taken home once paid for.

Wine and Beverages

There will be wine, beer, cider and soft drinks available for purchase. Please note; due to license constraints, any purchased alcoholic beverages should not be removed from the event space (the Patterson Oval). All rubbish can be left in the available bins around the oval.

Parking

Please note there will be very limited parking available along the Foundation Drive carpark and over-flow will be available at the Croydon Hills Baptist Church. If you park in the local streets, please be sure to take note of all applicable restrictions and remain courteous to our neighbours.

It’s going to be a fabulous night of celebrations and we can’t wait to get into the Christmas spirit with you on Monday.
