Conditions of Entry - Indemnity Form.
I, hereby acknowledge and agree that the participation in the Balranald Murrumbidgee Classic Fishing competition may carry the possibility of accident or injury to persons or properties and that this risk is hereby accepted and further the entrant hereby indemnifies the organising committee, its officials, servants, agents and sponsors against any claims for damages costs or interest arising out of the negligent or omissions by the entrant.
All boats and individuals registered with the club must comply with the Waterways safety requirements and NSW fisheries including Government Authorities at all times. Any Breach of these rules may result in a disqualification with no money refunded.
I have read the “conditions of entry and regulations” overleaf, both of which I understand and agree to be bound by.
