Expression of interest for 2025 ProgramThis is an in-person, day long immersive workshop designed to support caregivers of special needs children (including adult children), to foster emotional wellbeing, alleviate stress and build resilience through a range of nurturing activities. The workshop aims to help carers reduce and manage stress and to foster self-care and resilience.
Workshop is free and limited spaces are available.
