Workshop focus:
Acro Strength/flexibility, Acrobatics technique (walkovers, barani's, round - off, handsprings ,front aerials, backtucks), tricks and transitions.

Pre-requisite for this workshop - Front and back walkover and working towards or be able to do a side Aerial (barani)

All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
