Summer tarts with berries and cherries
Growing up in Germany, summer in my family has always been synonymous with the most delicious and refreshing berry and other fruit tarts.
The first local strawberries, raspberries and cherries are appearing in the shops! In this class I will show you how to make some amazing tarts consisting of light, yet creamy, fillings and the best local berries and cherries, as available on the day.
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I keep the classes small (with a max of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and conversations to maximise your learning experience.
