'More' gluten-free cakes
Following the popularity of my first ‘Gluten-free cakes’ class, I would like to share more delicious gluten-free cakes with you!
While gluten-free choices for cakes have become more wide-spread, it can still be difficult to find a delicious cake when you need one. I will show you how to make gluten-free cakes that are simply scrumptious - I love it when family, friends and, of course, class participants tell me “you cannot tell that this is a gluten-free cake”.
We will make an orange poppy seed cake and an apricot, almond & citrus loaf, as well as pastry-based tartlets - either apple tartlets with cinnamon and lemon zest, or plum tartlets with hazelnut & cinnamon.
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I also keep classes small (with a max. of 6 participants), so there is plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.
