Do you and your loved ones have up-to-date legal Wills in place?  Whether you’ve never prepared a Will before, or if you need to update your Will to reflect family, relationship, financial or lifestyle changes, this is a wonderful opportunity to do so, in consultation with an experienced, qualified solicitor.

To get the most out of your Wesley Wills Day appointment, please read and follow all these instructions carefully to make sure you bring everything you need to be able to prepare or update your Will.

Our solicitors are volunteering their time at the Wesley Wills Day, so your appointment fee can go towards helping Wesley Mission’s vital community services work.

After booking and paying, you will receive an information pack to help you prepare. Please take the time to complete and bring the client instruction form we send you, along with a form of identification - such as a driver licence, passport, medicare card, birth certificate or marriage certificate.  The solicitor will use your instructions to prepare / update your Will.  When your Will is ready, they will contact you to arrange for your documents to be signed and witnessed.
