Earlier in 2024, the ARBV and NSW ARB released the “Deep Dive Report into Systemic Risks in the Australian Architecture Sector”. The report highlighted key systemic risks facing architects and architectural practices, which have broader implications for the construction sector as a whole. In this webinar recording, Dr Dariel De Sousa from Dart Legal and Consulting, who was involved in the preparation of this Deep Dive Report, brings her extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of regulation, risk, compliance, performance and governance to highlight those key issues arising from the Report for design consultants and how best to detect and prevent (or otherwise manage) non-compliance with the regulatory frameworks.
